In his talk “Driver-based planning and the benefits of scenarios” he provides insight into building a driver-based planning approach and the prerequisites it requires. Using the practical example of Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe, he shows how scenarios can be leveraged to put strategic planning on a more solid foundation.
